What does Having it All Really Mean?

So many of us are busy doing it all, being it all and trying to have it all that we have lost sight of what "All means to us".

Three questions to ask yourself while in quiet contemplation out in nature. The time in nature gets the thought processes going and then you can reflect on these questions throughout your day
- How am I feeling in my life today?
- Am I on track?
- What is one thing I can do Right NOW to feel better today?
These questions bring up many thoughts and emotions for people.
Be with what you discover, be gentle on yourself and know that the first part of any change is awareness of what you want to change.
These questions are designed to help you develop that awareness.
