3 ways to Slow down and Find Your Way
Posted on September 18, 2011 12:00:00am, by Gerrianne Clare
Have you ever gotton lost and start to panic?
This being lost may be physically where you don't know how to get home again, or it may be lost in your life, feeling unsure of where to go to next, or how to move forward.
The natural tendency when this happens is to run faster, circle around, get flustered as you try and find your way.
Not only are you physically racing around but your mind is also racing along at a mile a minute.
Everything speeds up in a panic to try and get you to back to something familiar.
What can you do when this happens?
STOP, BREATHE, and REGROUP

Do you take out your frustrations on the ones you love?
Are you living your life full out?
Posted on April 20, 2011 12:00:00am, by Gerrianne Clare
This past weekend I had the opportunity to participate in a Mastermind Retreat with my business coach, Melanie Benson Strick, and 5 other heart based entrepreneurs. It was great learning.
One of the expressions that I heard throughout the retreat was the concept of "Living my life - Full Out".
What does this really mean? How does this relate to my work with families?
My work focuses on helping families transform from stress, depression and overwhelm to a life with more balance, less stress and more peace.
What is getting in your way
Posted on March 14, 2011 12:00:00am, by Gerrianne Clare
Over the last couple of weeks I have written and spoken to you about how to take care of yourself even when you don't have time.
Most often times people will say time, or money, or energy are the things that get in the way.
In my video blog today, I am approaching this from a bit of a different angle.

I would love to hear your thoughts about what is getting in your way.

Are "SHOULDS" running your life?
Posted on November 22, 2010 12:00:00am, by Gerrianne Clare
How many of you live your life by "SHOULDS"?
By shoulds I mean those expectations that come from a wide variety of sources:
- Society
- Parents and other members of our family
- Friends with all of their best of intentions
- Media - TV, books, internet - all with advice from the so-called "experts" on how you should live your life
- Self - all of your expectations about how you should "think", "do" and "be"
"Having it All" from the Inside Out

This past weekend, I attended Max Simon’s Sold out Seminar Secrets event in San Diego. This was my third event with Max as I am one of his coaching clients. Yet, even in this room of people that I knew from previous events, other purpose driven entrepreneurs, and healers, I felt very alone.

- How to handle the sibling rivalry and fighting that goes on in the home

Parenting - Career Versus Motherhood - Finding Your Balance!!
Posted on July 26, 2010 12:00:00am, by Gerrianne Clare
As a mom, there was nothing more challenging for me that finding the balance between my career and my family. I was working full time as a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit when my son was born. I took a maternity leave for 3 months to be at home with him. The thought of leaving him in a day care after that time was too much to bear. My husband’s job was in transition and this created the opportunity for me to stay at home full time with our son. We were incredibly lucky to have this happen.
