Are you living your life full out?

This past weekend I had the opportunity to participate in a Mastermind Retreat with my business coach, Melanie Benson Strick, and 5 other heart based entrepreneurs.  It was great learning.

One of the expressions that I heard throughout the retreat was the concept of "Living my life - Full Out".

What does this really mean? How does this relate to my work with families?

My work focuses on helping families transform from stress, depression and overwhelm to a life with more balance, less stress and more peace.

While this is an important goal, I realized over the weekend that I was not holding out for the best outcome for families.

Getting rid of stress is something many families are striving for.  But is that all?

No, I know from my work with clients is that families want to Live their life - Full Out.

They don't just want to decrease their stress, they want to have a life that is rich and full of possibility, fun and hope.

This can be challenging as the overwhelm and stress that families are feeling is palpable at times.  Many people are in survival mode  just trying to get through the challenges of their day.

Yet!  I know many people, parents and families want more.

They want loving, honest, fulfilling relationships.

They want to achieve their goals and not make excuses why they can't be, do or achieve something

They want to  have fun, joy and excitement in their day.

And they want to stop and smell the roses, enjoy the small stuff and live their lives fully.

So my question to you is - What do you want?  What percentage of the time are you living your life on purpose, on track and full out?

Is this something that you aspire to having?  Is this a way you want to BE in your life.

Life is too short to just try and decrease stress, depression and overwhelm.  Let's go for living the life we want - Full out!

I would love to know your thoughts.

Take care and I hope you are living full out in your day.

Much love,

Gerrianne
