Are you overwhelmed with the number of decisions that you have to make? Are many of them appealing and hard to prioritize? Here are 7 quick and easy steps to help you find the answer that is best for you by tuning into your intuition.
1) Give yourself permission to take the time you need to really make the right decision - i.e. do not rush. The world will be better served when you are clear about what action to take.
a) Write out all of the thoughts and ideas you have about the different options.
b) Mind map them all so they are out of your head and onto the paper.
2) Set the intention for the exercise
3) Once you have set the intention: take some deep breaths.
4) Focus your breath to the area in the middle of your chest and keep your focus there.
Breathe deeply and intentionally into that area, always keeping your focus there. Once again, thank your mind when it wants to butt in. Through quieting the brain and the mind you can start to listen to your intuition. Trust the process.
5) With the deep breaths, breath with the intention of gaining clarity.
6) Ask your intuition the question that you outlined earlier and listen to the subtle answers that you hear.
7) Once you have spent the time breathing intentionally,
Open your eyes and take out a piece of paper. Wait for about 2 minutes, then start writing whatever comes to mind. You will be amazed at the answers you get.

I think the first point is the most valid. Take time to make the right decision. Be very conscious of the fact that when you react to something and make a quick and rash decision its likely to be one you will rue having ever made. Thanks Gerrianne.
